Frequently Asked Questions

We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day from our warehouse.

Orders placed before 12PM Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be despatched on the next business Monday or Tuesday (the latter if if Monday falls on a Public Holiday day).

New Zealand orders:

North Island 1-3 business days
South Island 2-4 business days

All our New Zealand rural customers please allow up to 4 business days, however your order usually arrives within 2-4 business days from dispatch. 

*Please note: PO Box addresses will take an extra 1-3 days for delivery due to lack of access to a local post office.

Australian orders:
Australian orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and 3-5 days for rural regions with Express shipping.

*Please note: Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in transit with all international orders, we appreciate your patience.

United States & Rest Of The World orders:
United States and Rest Of The World orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas, and 3-5 days for rural regions with Express shipping.

All orders:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Some products are currently on a Pre-Order system, this means that the item is currently not in stock however will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.

Arrival dates are regularly updated on the individual product pages, however please note these are an estimate and not an exact date.

For products that are currently on a Pre-Order system, we offer a 24-hour grace period to allow you to cancel or change any order details. Outside of this timeframe, the order is deemed as final and we will not be able to offer any changes or refunds.

$7 NZD flat rate shipping including rural and PO Boxes, FREE shipping for orders $80 NZD and over. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. 

For Australian orders
$15 AUD flat rate shipping and FREE shipping for orders $150 AUD and over.

For United States orders and all other International orders
$20 USD flat rate and FREE shipping for orders $150 USD and over.

Please note that due to COVID-19 there are restrictions on some countries receiving international mail, if you are concerned about your order delivery please contact us at hello@ecoluxeliving.co and we will happily assist.

All international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. EcoLuxe Living cannot be responsible for these additional charges.

Our packaging uses ZERO plastic. Each of our product pages state the exact list of packaging materials used in packaging the particular item.

In summary, we package using the following:

• Home & commercially compostable courier bags

• Recycled paper courier bags

• FSC certified and/or recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes

• Paper or cardboard cushioning fill

• FSC certified acid-free tissue paper

• FSC certified paper packaging tape

Please firstly check you have entered the code in the correct case (upper or lower, or mixed). Then check the expiry of the code from the source of the code. If you are still having issues, contact us at hello@ecoluxeliving.co for assistance.

Only one code can be used at a time (so check which code you have that can give you the bigger discount).
